At officePRO we make it easy to return products. Simply call 662-287-4474 and tell the customer service representative that you need to have a product picked up for credit. They will check the item for time of purchase. No credit will be given if the product is not in the Original Packaging or if the product date of purchase is more than 30 DAYS in the past. The Customer Service Representative will issue a Customer Return for pick up by one of our Delivery Personnel. No returns, or credits can be made without the Customer Return. You may call any time Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm to set up a return.
Office Supplies, with a few exceptions*, may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are complete and in resalable condition. This includes all parts, original packaging and manuals.
*Food and medicine products are non-returnable. Open headphones, ear buds, and headsets are non-returnable.
*Technology must be returned intact within 14 days.
* Stock Furniture items must be returned within 14 days.
* Special Order/Custom Items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
